Father's Day

Sid had a nice restful weekend after his Saturday yard work was complete. He watched the US Open, played some online poker and swam in his pristine pool. The girls sent him sweet cards and wished him a Happy Father's day.

Needless to say my family is missing Daddy alot this weekend. Made this layout Saturday.

My father in love - in his element with family. Hard to believe he's been gone almost 6 years.

Mom - I'm engaged!

Janae called me Saturday morning to let me know she's engaged! We are very excited for her and Tyler.

The ring is BEAUTIFUL and I can't wait to see it and the newly engaged couple in person!

It's June already!

May Review

• Mother's Day - had a nice cookout with the McGhee side on Saturday and Sunday went to the Carrie Underwood concert with my girls. We had awesome seats! I didn't think they would allow cameras so I didn't get any pictures. (pout) I could have gotten this close!


• Weston turned 8. Sid turned 49!


• Eden did a great job at her dance recital.

• Krysta finished up school and is enjoying her much needed break in NC with Matt.


• We helped Janae and Bailey puppy pack and they moved to TX! boo hoo!
  
  
  
  


• Saw the new Indiana Jones Movie.


• Sid just returned to work after an 11 day vacation. We worked and relaxed around the house which was just what he needed.

This post is late and not as profound as I thought about...but words fail me when I try to express how much these women mean to me. Love you!

Birthdays and baseball

Not much going on here so I will grab some excitement from family. My nephew Weston turned 8 Monday and little Callie is 6 months old already! Weston is in baseball mode but enjoys sports of any kind. He's playing shortstop and I heard he made some awesome plays last Saturday. Below his school competed in the kid version of the LR Marathon.
